Guard Rail wires made to your dimensions with Swaged Fork swaged onto 4mm 1x19 Stainless Steel Wire and a Bluewave Removable Guardrail Eye swaged at the other aft end.

Instructions to measure and install.

1. Measure the length required between bearing surfaces and reduce by 4"/100mm (minimum) for tensioning with rope.
2. With the Swaged Fork supplied attach to the bow of the boat on the pulpit
3. Remove the Eye off the Stud and slide through the top of the stanchions.
4. When you have slotted the wire though all stanchions apply thread lock and thread the eye back on.
5. With a spanner and a bar tension and make sure the eye is firmly attached.
6. To tension use 4/5mm rope to tension the eye to the rear pushpit loop.

The diameter of the stud on the eye terminal when the eye has been unscrewed is 8mm allowing it to be threaded through the stanchion tops.
