Fresh, Spacious Seafood Eatery Coming to Little Italy

A growing seafood chain based in Mexico is making its U.S. debut in Little Italy this August.

Fisher’s San Diego will move into the 8,700-square-foot space that previously housed Roma Urban Market at 555 W. Beech St.

Most of Fisher’s restaurants are located throughout Mexico, although the brand splashed into Madrid earlier this year as part of its global expansion plan. When it makes landfall here, it will offer a raw seafood bar stocked with assorted oysters, and a menu flaunting grilled king crab, seafood pasta dishes, tostadas, tacos, and contemporary Mexican preparations of fresh catches.

The company packs, certifies, and ships all of the seafood it sources.
