Hillcrest Renaissance

The widespread development occurring throughout Hillcrest can now be seen in its entirety with only a few clicks on your computer or phone.

By visiting the Hillcrest Business Association’s website, and clicking onto the “Hillcrest Development Map” within the “Hillcrest Renaissance” section, users can access a graphic showing every housing and improvement project in the neighborhood. It contains color-coded indicators on what projects are under construction, in the planning, or completed.

Since its most recent update, projects such as an 18-story residential tower at Seventh Avenue and Washington Street have been added to the map, as well as a smaller residential structure by Foundation For Form slated for the 1600 block of Harvey Milk Street.

In addition, the map pinpoints buildings for sale under the “opportunity location” key.
