Next we'll send you an intake survey. A crucial step in the lease up process, this questionnaire will allow us to market and share detailed property information with potential and future renters, saving you time and money down the line.
We research the most current and accurate comps and give you our opinion of rental value. Once we agree on a rental rate, we'll establish a timeline. It's important for you to know when you can expect certain goals to be accomplished, including property turnover, advertising, leasing, and move-in.
Leave it to us to take professional-looking photos and create a custom and captivating online listing ad. We'll syndicate it to all of the major real estate sites, including the MLS, Craigslist, Zillow, Trulia, HotPads, and others. Visibility is crucial in finding qualified renters quickly.

We'll handle the lease negotiations, drafting of the lease, and lease signing by all parties. On move-in day we'll do a complete walk through of the property with the new tenant(s), take photos of the unit to document condition, go over home maintenance and care with the tenant, and explain maintenance process and emergency procedures.
