San Diego’s Most Vibrant Art Event

Art San Diego returns Sept. 9-11 after a three-year absence, which means San Diegans will have an overdue opportunity for once again buying curated, contemporary art produced by more than 500 artists from all over the globe.
The fine art fair will be held at the San Diego Convention Center, where it is expected to attract more than 10,000 visitors. Many of them fall into the category of high-net-worth collectors on the hunt for exclusive, original works. In addition to cutting-edge exhibits, there will be a daily schedule of art-related programs and live art demos held throughout the venue.
Art San Diego was founded in 2009 by Redwood Art Group, which has been in the business of operating fine-art fairs across the country for 45 years.
“Art San Diego has emerged as one of the best-attended cultural events in Southern California, in one of the country’s most vibrant urban cities—and the convention center is at the core of all the action,” said Redwood’s president and CEO, Eric Smith. “We’re excited to offer attendees and exhibitors a vibrant art event in the heart of San Diego’s downtown with a rich variety of restaurants, retail stores and world-class entertainment that is in mere walking distance.”
A complete listing of exhibitors can be found here. Admission is $20 in advance, and $30 at the door.
