The draw of Ecco Lofts in Little Italy is a little different from some of the other condo complexes in the city. Ecco Lofts consists of just 10 residences within a five-story building. The area is quaint and may not be as flashy as the high-rises that dot the skyline, but that isn’t what residents of this complex come for. An intimate neighborhood feel is easy to achieve at Ecco Lofts. 

Residences consist of both one- and two-bedroom floor plans, ranging from just over 700 sq/ft to nearly 1300 sq/ft. Individual storage units are also available. While there are no noteworthy amenities, Ecco Lofts does boast being one of the most affordable residences in the city. Homeowner’s Association dues are $230 a month, compared to some others that can get upwards of $1500 and even $2000.
