The Winslow in North Park is Springing to Life

Commercial and residential leasing applications are still being accepted at the new mid-rise structure at Park and El Cajon boulevards, known as The Winslow. The mixed-use project graces the border of North Park and University Heights.

It features 3,050 square feet of retail space on the first floor. Some of that space will be occupied by CVS, which is expected to arrive this summer.

The glassy five-level building also offers 379 “artfully designed” apartment units ranging from studios to one and two-bedrooms. The units are rigged with Smart thermostats and flaunt stylish appointments such as plank flooring, quartz countertops, and more.

Building amenities include four courtyards, a fitness and yoga center, bicycle storage, collaborative work spaces and conference rooms, a fireside lounge, game areas, a pool courtyard, BBQ grillss and hibachi tables.
