Little Italy Luxury Apartments for the Picking

A full slate of modern amenities at Hanover Little Italy opened Oct. 1 as tenants continue trickling into the new 22-story apartment building. Located at 310 A St., the pet-friendly structure is about 20 percent leased.

The communal amenities include such modern perks as a fitness terrace, a bicycle storage room, a 24-hour gym with state-of-the-art equipment, courtyard dining areas, a pool deck with panoramic views, and more.

Prospective residents can choose from two dozen unique floor plans comprising studios, one and two-bedrooms, and penthouses. Prices per month start at $2,453 for studios; $2,808 for one-bedrooms; and $3,981 for two bedrooms with two baths. Financial incentives are currently being offered to those who apply soon.
