Pichana steak from a South Park grill (Carbon Angela’s Kitchen)
This South Park Dining Deal Is On Fire
By Frank Sabatini Jr.
In an economy riddled with tariffs and soaring inflation, especially as they have affected the restaurant industry, our radar remains on high alert for those rare steals offered by unique, high-quality restaurants.
We stumbled upon Carbon Angela’s Kitchen, a quaint family-owned restaurant in South Park that rolls out a weekly “mixed grill” supper suited ideally for four people. It’s available starting at 4:00p every Thursday.
For $110 per table, Sicilian native Angela Catania platters up five meats from her open-flame grill, plus two side dishes and a choice of three sauces such as bell-pepper chimichurri and truffle-garlic. If ordering as a foursome, the meal amounts to $27.50 per person, which sadly is about the price you’d pay for feeding only two people at (gasp) McDonald’s.
