Reach for the Sky

What is being billed as the tallest residential address in San Diego is shaping up to open by spring of next year.

The 20-story mixed-use tower will raise the bar for luxury living in Bankers Hill. Its most extravagant feature is a rooftop deck spanning the entire top floor of the building. Think pool, spa and barbecues set to views of Downtown, Balboa Park, San Diego Bay, Point Loma, and just about every landmark known to our area.

Named after its address at 525 Olive Street, the project includes 214 residential units, 18 of which are designated for low-income tenants. The developer is New York-based Greystone, although two companies located in downtown San Diego play a crucial role.

They are architectural consultant Joseph Wong Design Associates and interior designer Jules Wilson Design Studio, which is creating many of the sleek indoor finishes.

Greystone hasn’t yet released a price sheet for the units, which will be available as studios as well as one, two, and three-bedroom spaces. If you’re interested in learning more, please contact Downtown Condo Guys.
